Astral Projection & Psychokinesis

Greetings Fellow Satanists,

I've only been practising Satanic Wiccecræft for the past few months, so I'm sorta new to Satanism. Lately I've been researching Astral Projection and Telekinesis, but none of the techniques I've found seem to work for me. If anyone has had any experience in these areas, I would appreciate any advice or techniques.
