Assuming the astrological timing is adequate in all cases would it be more beneficial to do two 40 day workings or one 80 day working? How do I protect my dreams?

The enemy often attacks in dreams with threats and nightmares, especially when I raise the fervor of my rituals, today they tried to convince me that I'm doing FRRT wrong and Satan will punish me for it, there was a lot of crap before that too.
I do void meditation, aura of protection, tried saying before I go to sleep that I am protected and intact, but still sometimes they seep into my dreams, how can these pathetic entities access them, and what are the ways to cut them off?

I dislike giving purely scholastic and theoretical advice, so I can not comment on the runes. However, it makes sense to me.

You can also just state affirmations when you feel an energy buzz, for example, when you do Kundalini Yoga.

When you fear something, try to physically overcome it. This is the best way to deal with fears.

Thank you for the answer and information Fuchs! Currently I am doing 2 rounds of AOP, AC/Returning Curses a day and my current working is the Working for Negative Karma by Luis. I plan to keep this one up for 90 days as I figured could never have too clean of an aura and chakras ha.

Then you vibrate the next letter (2nd letter in the first line) 3 times, and so on for the entire line.

I think the problem in some cases is, that some people are insecure (from different factors), and until they gain this confidence they don't feel ready to do certain actions ... guys take your time, calm your mind, free it from nonsense and train it, then act.

The only fluid from you to use in magick spells is 'blood' for the runes and for a commtmnt with Satan (once on both cases). IDK from where u got the idea of using seminal fluids.

You can raise your energy before recting mantras by pranyama and yoga. Sometimes also less is more - if you feel like you can not raise more energy in a sustainable way or lack the time to do so, then once per day is enough.

From what I can understand it sounds like it's more of an energy flow problem. Whenever something feels wrong, stop immediately.

Try Hatha yoga and chanting AUM for 10 minutes a day.

Just ask, doesn't matter too much either if it's a question that's been asked before, it can be hard sometimes to search through and see if it's something answered already.

Therefore, it is no problem to ask. That is one of the reasons we have this forum. Not all questions will be cared for by members, but most questions are at least looked at and answered.

Make a separate topic if you want, explain your doubts and the points you wonder about, ask the questions, etc.

There are quite a few people here with deep understanding and wisdom who can answer large, overarching questions and help to clarify things for you on almost any level.

Don't think too much about it, and just begin to write your topic.

That alone can help you answer your doubts and questions, as you lay out your thoughts in writing and view them from a different perspective.

Don't be tunnel visioned on one particular kind of help/way you wish to seek answers.

Be open to other possibilities, and use the means that are within your reach.

Aside from what has already been advised, I would add that don't do KY at all or drasticlally reduce the breaths of Basic Spinal Energy Series (if that's what you are doing) for now. You need to dial things down in regards to your nervous system and focus more on the balancing and grounding aspects. Instead, do chakra meditation and Hatha Yoga to enable opening of energy pathways and chakras. More specifically for the middle chakra you should also do Anuloma Viloma. Follow the instrcutions on the page of AV, and do not overdo it. You might be sensitive to it's effects so it's best to be careful. All of these daily.

And remember, when you get symptoms of overreaching (spasms, for example), just dial things down a bit, or take a few days off. Never stop basic aura cleaning, protection and void meditation though.
