Also Some Asanas Can be Used to Direct Energy to Certain Areas of the body(Chakras etc). In that Certain Asana vibrating the Mantra depending on what will surely make up a difference :). I do not know it in Detail but i will share the Knowledge when i get my hands on it okay :)
