Are you ok ???

As I am on my own journey to healing, I often ask myself if I am okay. I reflect on what feels wrong and what I am getting right. Sometimes, I just want to do lazy exercises on my bed and watch a Netflix show.Recently, I watched a show about chocolate sculpting and modeling, and a thought popped into my head.

How is everyone doing? I know life can be hard, trust me. I was homeless from the age of 20 to 26 and I've been on both sides of the street.I'm here for you if you need to talk. Remember, it's okay to take a break from everything—

except if you're married For those who are married, like myself, talk to your partner. Tell your husband or wife how you're feeling.

We all need a break sometimes.

Right and some people work so much it blinds them to what's around them.
