apple reveals time and dates of civilizations

in the Apple MacBook pros, the one i have is 2011 and in the time and date you'll see that it has the times of certain civilizations, for example, Japan is in year 51 sowan, and Israel is 5491? give or take and India is 2400, and Islam is 1400 or something it is very intriguing, I think just wanted to share with everyone, also if that is the case what about us what year should we/i choose? this just came to me, the one on my birth certificate, of course. right?
