I have a few questions based on me.
This is long sorry but I'm putting everything on the table that way if there's something I need to fix to get better and move word would be great.

This is kind of related to what I was having in the past when we was talking.
However I'm doing alot better then I was before so big plus.
However there's a few things still that is odd.

I try to eat healthy, mostly I have soup that because I can put meat with veggies with it.
With spices and having it a little spicy.

And I eat plums because it helps me use the bathroom.

Reason I have plums because I noticed that my stomach has slowed down alot on the processing where it's only a little comes out. Or I wait longer time.

But with plums after some time I have like a diarrhea form and I feel empty like nothing is hanging in my stomach any more finally odd feeling some times.

I drink water once while I drink juice but I can't drink milk because it really feels like it bothers my stomach along with nuts like walnuts or pecans and such.

It in bloats me and makes me heavy some times or most really even yogurts does.

There's times I eat something and like it dry my throat or something makes it feel weird.

That's my stomach.

My lungs I can't tell either, I noticed that if I get to hot running or trying to catch my breath I wheeze a little nothing bad or anything or crazy let's say.

The other thing I noticed sometimes only if I let my breath out of hand when running my chest left side feeling like it's part of lung or just the muscle or something gets a little pain like needle pain if remember right but I don't always get that only once in while if I haven't ran for a while. It may be related to my heart though.

I am over weight then what I should be however losing weight feels like it pushes my body in a bad direction of course can be just to much fluid in my body.

When I wake up or go to sleep I feel I wake up that I need to spit it's mostly white once in a few times it is or has a little yellow very little though.

If I stay seated my stomach is okay if I stand up some times my stomach gets heavy as does my body. Laying down is alot better.

Been reading about the dampnrsd that u put up and I wonder if I have some of that or something else.

Or a bug in my stomach.

When I burp I do feel a little better or pass gas per say.

When I sleep I don't really get the best sleep sadly not happy about that and I think that's do to how my body is.

I know I'm allergic to shrimp or anything shelled like so but sense my body is changing to is add and making it weird some what.

I have been doing a working for my base chakra, and I'm more of fire type then anything and wonder if any of that has an effect also?
The base chakra as an affirmation so I can ground my self better.

The other thing I noticed is my head. Some times I get pulse on the head not the brain it self. Most the time or few times I get the pusle it will be on my left side of it just above my ear.

I have trying to open my 6th again and that helps calm it down some... But in my yoga I still do handstand and the raising the legs.

I do or will have heart problems and lower spine problems too. Sense it's connected to my soul. Especially heat I have, which makes me think if I have high cholesterol. Though I'm very careful what I put in my food because I don't just like eating stuff.

Normally if I'm busy I don't feel any problem or think of anything and feels like everythings fine all but my heart thing where when I move fast or even some times stand up fast my heart rushes and I lose a little bit of air. Though all goes back to normal once I calm it down by breathing slowly and such. But that don't happen all the time.

Most time I'm okay though.

I have stopped a few things such as plums and the soup.

Started drinking orange juice.

And feeling a little better with it.
However at night time I enjoy sleeping on my stomach but I wake up wanting to throw up from it.

Thinking it's the heat and the fact on my stomach I wake up as I already have little sleep and stay up a little.

My stomach is still very slow to move the food I have in it unless I just don't eat enough so it throws me off....
 
That indeed does sound like damp, and you have heat in the stomach?

Depending on where you live Id ditch the orange juice too. Those fruits are grown in hot african lands or peru and thus adapted to the climate there. Theyre not native to northern europe. Too cold. If theyre even grown here its inside a greenhouse where they can control the climate.
(and of course the ones in the stores here are all sprayed with pesticides)

Also is it fresh pressed juice or out of a pack?
Out of pack is often just concentrated juice + water + fiber.

When I was reading that book about food, it said that oranges are very damp causing. But if I read them on the big tcm herb book centralforce posted, it says theyre bitter and warming? Thats about the peel though.
So the other part might be about the juice, not sure.
 
Yes wake up with heat at it and I have to stay up a little longer aside from the rest so my I can cool off.
Sadly enough I burp and helps move around and calm down then I can go back to sleep.

I live in the states.
Yeah I understand that as here's the same or where ever comes from.

Sadly it's not fresh squeezed, though I love fresh squeezed where I do once in a while though gets high on price.

Here's another question, apples then, the skin I understand has the nutrition compare to the side the sweet part. However I understand that the apples also has a very very thin coat of wax.

I haven't read that book if I did I don't remember sadly.
 
The peel of Bitter Oranges, not normal oranges is spicy and warm, disperses damp and moves stagnation.

This is referred to as zhi ke but again this is the peel of bitter oranges, or citrus aurantii, not a standard 'sweet' orange.

I believe the topic got a bit side-tracked though xD. Anyway. Did you know that oranges color orange if they had a winter at freezing point? And sometimes the winter wasn't cold enough so they spray them with orange paint ... to make them completely orange.

Lies all over your head in the food bizz too.   :/   very commercial like.

... I remember being said that having a cup of juice and a bowl of yoghurt with berries or w/e would be an appropiate breakfast.. Aside from that its cold, and that you get a sugar rush from that, it doesn't really fill properly. Meaning. You might be still hungry after such a breakfast. At least, I would be. (Its just too little).
And then there is the 'paleo-diet' and the saying that you need to eat 200g of potatoes and 200g vegetables in a meal ... 200g veggies is do-able. But so many potatoes is way too much.
What kind of makes me wonder. What does rice count as? Starch like as in potato or is it vegetable? And probably a type of grain like haver, spelt, tarwe, rogge (load of dutch names for the different types haha) so..




Oh by the way, to the poster, I dont think high cholesterol is connected with this. Most cholesterol is made by your liver and you actually need it for repairs and to function properly. So you can eat about as many eggs as you want.
statines ('medicines' to lower cholesterol) have as a side effect that occurs in many people that gives muscle aches. And just feeling achey isn't nice. So many people want to stop.
Many of those 'medicines' also have 'risk on ..' in their description which has to do with heart diseases at times too. And often that stuff is prescribed as a daily take in for the rest of your life, or for months basicly. And some do have a higher dose of a substance in them, than that the actual herb would have where it is taken from in the first place.

Not saying you shouldn't go to your doctor, but be aware of what you're putting in your body if you have to take their medicine.
(And I got side-tracked again).

Seers.. perhaps you should calm down a bit. You're worried about stuff, and I can understand that, but some of the things you first said seem like quite normal? like the standing up thing too fast? Could be because your limbs need more oxygen that your heart would beat faster. Unless it actually hurts or causes discomfort. That might be something else though.
You know, if you worry too much about Dis-Ease you have a big chance of becoming ill or becoming dis-eased. If you get what I mean. :)

No I didn't know thy colored them that during those times.
I new thy sprayed it to keep it okay and prefent from being eaten.

Yeah I remmeber when thy said some of that kind of eating I noticed alot has changed though I really don't follow the new on that aside from the group info. Also what my body kind if needs.

U are right about the cholesterol however do to my nature of in tune to my self and other factors it throws me off so had to ask but thank you fit clearing that up.

As said do to other factors in my life I get thrown off which does make it annoying especially if I lose my grip on it.

However if u know what's going on I have better grip and can move forward.
