Anti-Deppressant Meds

Well let's just say if you are depressed and a doctor prescribes you this then take them and when you are off of them continue meditations. Remember patience is a valuable thing.

Do they interfere with chakra opening. (im on Efexor its anti depressant plus a mood stabaliser)

I've always found Power Meditations to be a much more effective anti depressant than any pill.
