Another Dream

Awhile back I had another dream. Very strange and Ancient. The dream scenery took place in Babylon I believe. In the dream I remember seeing an image of the ancient Babylonian King, Hammurabi, you know the image the ancients chiseled on the walls of Babylon. Anyway the image of the king changed to a shadow image of the king and that's when I saw the king being hit with what seemed to be a thousand arrows. I could hear the impact of the arrows and the king struggling to live, choking on his own blood and died. Then I heard someone say, "unleash the hawk-headed ones" or to that effect but the term "hawk-headed ones" (Shemsu-Heru?) is what I remember. What was unleashed were horse-riding warriors. They (the hawk-headed ones) appeared old or elderly. Not weakly looking at all! They had grey-white hair that was kinky, their skin was smooth, dark brown/bronze (in today's U.S. standards they would be considered, "African-American") They were muscular in
appearance, they rode with their heads high and chest out ready for battle. I've been thinking about that dream as well. I was thinking the hawk-headed warriors' grey-white hair represented wisdom while their youthful-muscular look represented strength and the way the hawk-headed ones rode with their heads up and chest out represented pride and courage. Hmmm, the hawk-headed ones almost sound like the Hyksos but in the wrong time period (precursors maybe?), you know, the same guys that invaded Egypt and were known for being horse/chariot-riding warriors, and are almost identical to what you're describing, although I'm not sure about the white hair, although that was probably, like you said, an indication of their wisdom and knowledge while the muscles and whatnot are strength (they beat the Egyptians primarily because they possessed advanced calvary units and were renowned as fierce warriors, who just recently ravaged Sumer). Maybe your dream was a historical account of Hammurabi's death at the hands of these people; well, that's my opinion at least.

That's interesting, something to think about. So Hammurabi died by the hands of the warriors (Shemsu-Heru I believe) that invaded Sumeria long ago?
