There is a sacred geometry. This geometry is a deep topic, and if you mean by "materialize", to "succeed", then yes, it will help. You may want to research this topic if you are interested.

However if you are asking making a concrete matter out of thin air it is either an advanced siddhi or only a thing that Gods can do.

It's explained in detail here. You probably could use a cube shape and mentally focus on it to materialise energy of rituals into the cube shape. This was originally a Hindu Practice.

I wonder though if the color plays a significant role here. If it was Golden cube, would it help materialise solar energies better? For jews and Muslims , their mainly black as it's manifesting Saturnian energies of suffering, the little gold there may also help in solar energies, as xianity/judaism/islam are mainly Saturnian/Solar in character, albeit in corrupted forms. Perhaps black is mainly used as Saturn is strongly tied to the material world.
