ok so im shopping for altar tools my question is that for those tools that have pentagrams on them is it important whether or not they are inverted or not?also is there a good site i could but my tools?Ave Zeus!

As has been mentioned by Pythia, ritual tools are simply allegorical for different aspects of the soul an working with energy. They aren't necessary, nor is having a pentagram or inverted cross on them. Whatever is available to you will work fine.
