Hey I align my chakras and empower my minor chakras about 2 to 3 times a week. Should I do this everyday? (This question goes mainly to the minor chakras) The major chakras should be consistently empowered but from the info on the joyofsatan site it doesnt say how often the minor chakras should be empowered. Are they opened totally as soon as we first open them?

I try do do all the basics everyday,along with advanced stuff.I feel there is plenty of time,if I am to devote an hour a day,as I have been doing for months now.And along with that I do something in the way of spiritual warfare everyday also.But that is what I choose to do,you need to find what works for you my friend.

The </var> energy. You can feel that. They need to be open and empowered to help the flow of energy, but the main chakras are the ones that are most important; all seven down the spine and their extensions, plus the hip, shoulder, temple and heart extensions.
