Aligning and spinning chakras confusion

Greetings,

Lately I have been thinking about aligning the chakras,and I did it.
I felt a little better ,but this made me think.If we spin our chakras
don't we dis-align(if thats even a word xD lol) it?And this also makes
me think are our chakras normally already spinning?If it does,what is
the use of aligning it?

As far as I can tell, spinning the chakra's does not diss-align them as
they are spinning in place. Spinning the chakra's gets them going,
activates them at speed and really gets the energies flowing.
As for alignment, its importance should be quite obvious. If you stand
on a hose pipe the water doesn't get through.

Before we thought they spin horizontally. But when you align them they
are vertical, so you spin them like that.

When spinning the Chakra's, each one should be done in turn,
illuminating and spinning like a whirling vortex.
Spinning the Chakra's produces an energy field that helps build
resistance to disease and misfortune.

ah ok , Lets say spinning our chakras produces an energy field(energy
flow) ,and aligning them "shows" them where to "send" the energy to.
Like connecting them properly.
