afraid to astral project but want to learn

I really want to learn to astral project, but i am also aware of the dangers on the astral, considering the light, the enemy, etc. I am however afraid to do it because im afraid that if i go on the astral since im satanic (even though i am dedicated) that i might get abducted by the enemy and not be able to come back during travel. i have heard on other parts of the web that you will automatically go back, but i am still afraid. i dont want to get attacked by the enemy or anything. i just want my own astral adventure to be carefree and fun, and eventually, i may start attacking the enemy once i get better at it. but at this point i dont know if its a good idea because i might get abducted. please help?

Your soul must be strong. Read a treatise on astral projection by Robert Bruce. Work on honing aspects of the soul, and your kudalini ascending and descending.
