First of all, you need to be Dedicated. But, even if you are you should wait until you psychically open yourself entirely, which could take years.
You need to focus on Dedication, and then start a meditation program everyday.
You need to deprogram the rest of xianity from your Soul primarily as you go in the first years, and focus on empowering yourself.
I have yet to summons any Demons/Demonesses and I have been Dedicated for 1 1/2 years. It's not something I focus on at all. Void meditation can help in controlling what you think about and your thoughts. I practice this even outside of meditation, it will really help.
Above all else start off slowly with meditation and take care of yourself entirely as you do. I also recommend to any practicing Satanist here that they ask Father Satan and or their Guardian Demoness for help in before every meditation program so that they remain fully protected, yes, it truly gets that dangerous when the enemies of Satan notice you meditating.
I do this every time. I am just fine because of it, and notice an immediate difference when I DO NOT ask for protection. Also make sure to clean your Chakras and Aura even if they are clean prior to the meditaiton session, do it anyway. It makes meditation a lot easier, and a lot more enjoyable.
