When affirming to empower a chakra, let's say the crown: "I'm breathing in a powerful white/gold energy into my crown that is fully opening and empowering it in a safe and healthy way". (Note: "INTO" MY CROWN) is this correct? Directly into the crown? Because it is not exactly inside the body. Is this right?
Then on the heart you'd affirm: "I'm breathing in a powerful white/gold energy that is fully opening and empowering my heart chakra in a safe and healthy way". Then you would breathe IN ENERGY? Right? And then direct it to your heart chakra? Because its inside the body?(Not like the 3rd eye and crown that is on the outside??

You should be directing the energy into the chakra. The crown is at the top of the head/skull, in the center. It is not 'outside' the body, but more on the edge, if you will. It still resides within.

Make sure with the affirmation you state "crown CHAKRA". Add the 'chakra'.

It should be the same as with the heart, and all other chakras for that matter. Breath the energy directly into the chakra.

Do you breathe the energy into your body and then direct it to the chakra?
