Advanced meditations

Hi group, was looking over some of the posts in this group. This is what I understand to be for advanced meditators not newbies. The questions posted in here of recent are very childish and newbie in nature. People asking for meditations and spells, this information is ALL on the JOS website. Before anyone of any experience level posts on here, I THOUGHT you were supposed to research it yourself...just sayin.
