Starded opening my third eye on january and activated my kundalini month later... I have all of my chakras opened except crown chakra and third eye. Nine months empowering it and still unable to look with it. I can feel energy from it and my six chakra but but still nothing... I am worried that my kundalini will fuck me up soon because it started rising . I really dont want to stop meditating so how to fix this? Thoth rune is somehow not much effective ... Help please :(

I am really having difficult time with my Serpent. Things are getting out of control.
The surges of energy I am feeling from time to time are enormous. These waves usually happen after some working with magick, meditations, Rituals, anything that raises energy. I have noticed the pattern, never it happened unprovoked. Every wave of this happened right after working with energy in any way. Really scares me, I do start to panic, because I don't know what is happening to me.
Right now, I am writing this because I cannot sleep. There are tons of images...my body is shaky...it is like I am under effect of some powerful psychoactive drug. But I am not. This is all happening by itself.
I really need to take some action, really fast. Does anyone have a good advice? Can I somehow calm down my kundalini while I dont figure out why is it making me feel like this? I don't wanna stop meditating and doing Rituals.

That’s what happens when your kundalini is active? Be happy about that:) you can calm it with either the water element or the nectar from the pineal gland:)

I have something similar and I am glad this thread is active again...I have been doing Ritual's and my hand chakras will generate a massive amount of energy and radiate through my entire body....so moving on I will go about my day feeling vibrant and more proactive...then I will feel for the lack of a better term bioelectrical power surge and feel like a massive cattle prod hit me,is this happening for others? I think my experience is similar to this thread...I will not and cannot stop the salvation of my own soul through yoga meditation astaroths eight fold path

Maybe try keeping yourself grounding by taking the energy all out on a physical project that feels good.
Fill your mind with good imagery through music and art and make a real astral temple to hang around.
Ask Lilith to take your energy before you go to sleep, channel it all somewhere like into a ball and hand it over
Not sure what else to do as my own personal emotional stability to kundalini power ratio is a little fucked.

I am fairly new to all this and the first time I felt my kundalini rise I thought on the one hand I was having a stroke and at the same time some one had plugged me into 240v mains electric and yet when I focused on the experience it's self it feels fantastic and I want to feel it all the time people seem to say that you can use this energy to propel your magical workings but then having searched around the internet no-one actually tells you HOW Is this some well kept secret that we have to find out for ourselves or can someone tell us what EXACTLY to do with the raised power once we have it and want to put it into the working Any help will be greatly appreciated Thank you HAIL SATAN LUCIFER FOR EVER

I want to thank anyone, and to say thank you once again to Father Satan and Gods of Elysium for helping me. They took excess energy from me that night, and I fell asleep like a baby...
Now, on to trying to figure out what can be done to fix this. Some great advices here.

In case nobody mentioned it, also get good at closing and opening the chakras on demand
Then if it gets too extreme at the wrong time or whatever you can opt out
