I keep reading how we're supposed to "replace" them. Let's be a bit realisitc here, how exactly are we supposed to replace them?

The only realisitc way is through "infiltration", as if we tried to do that openly, things would simply end badly.

I'll talk about finance, religion and politics for this and explain why trying to replace them in all 3 of these is basically impossible:

Finance: They quite litterally own entire economies, the US is indepted to their banks. They can fuck around in the markets and make billions in the process. Epstein actually explains this in his emails that jews basically cheat to get rich. They will NEVER allow a Gentile to take over such positions in those banks.

Religion: This is only feasible if a mass conversion to Paganism happened. As long as that doesn't happen, nothing will change. Inflitrating religious organisations of the enemy is dangerous for obvious reasons.

In the context of all this, He did say that after the RTRs things will start changing. Right now though the enemy still has all the physical power to essentially eliminate any real resistance to them.
