No. Obviously the human soul isn't compatible with an animal body. A soul can only reincarnate in its compatible body and there are differences in souls. Not even a gentile can reincarnate into a Yehubor or vice-versa unless there's an exception and Satan intervenes (see Anton Lavey, he had a gentile soul but he was incarnated as a Yehubor to promote Satanism in a Yehuborim controlled world which he would have failed if he was a gentile).

One thing people fail to understand is the physical body and the soul are one in the same. The latter is simple vibrating on a higher level. That means that you will always be reincarnated into your DNA. So if you are a Aryan man then you will always be reincarnated as a Aryan man, if you are a Asian female you will always be reincarnated as a Asian female ect ect ect......
