I saw that Lord Satanachia has power over all women and girls. Does that mean that women and girls do whatever He wants?

All I can think about is that His influence is absolute over them.
Nothing else comes to mind. I tried thinking about it a bit more.

What are your thoughts?

It means that he is expecialty in women and girls minds and wishes, so he knows how to influent them, not in sense of control.
