Greetings family,

Is it possible that eating 3 times each day makes tired?
How did the ancient people handle eating moments and meals?
thanks

What you’re describing is actually a form of intermittent fasting.
This is when, out of 24 hours, you fast for about 18 and eat within the remaining 6-hour window.
This method has quite a few benefits, and I personally follow this kind of diet myself (I eat a maximum of two meals a day).

If you don’t have any health issues, you can give it a try (eat only 1-2 meals per day).
But if you do have health problems, it’s better to consult a doctor first and discuss whether this approach is suitable for you.

Intermittent fasting is also somewhat similar to how our ancestors ate. In order to get food, they had to go without eating for a certain amount of time, and then they ate within another period. Most of the time, they fasted longer (during hunts) and ate afterward. This also had its benefits, since hunting itself is one of the most intense forms of cardio and physical activity.

But again, if you have any health concerns, consult a doctor first.
If everything is fine, you can try eating this way (1-2 times per day) for a couple of days and see how it feels.

I often don't eat a meal till around 5 pm. I just am not hungry till then often. This is more recent but when someone offers me lunch or to take me out for lunch I am able to eat just fine and finish the meal. I partly am trying to lose weight with this method but it's not hard and doesn't cause any health problems. As far as I know. I don't know how often the ancients ate but it's good to see it's not unhealthy.

I think it depends on the person and time, yes it's possible that 3 times is too much, I also had a time when I ate only twice or once if I drank a lot of raw milk next to it. You may also need to increase fiery qualities in you and/or restore your microbiome to help with digestion. Or anything that helps with digestion.

Thanks for the explanation dear brother ❤
