You can do the Breathe of Fire afterwards, or whatever else meditation you have in your program; however it is advisable to not do too much, because you will have to follow the same program the following day as well.If you raise your bioelectricity too much today (by, let's say, doing 4 times the yoga meditations) , and tomorrow you only do it 1 time, then you will feel drained, tired, exhausted, and may even not feel like doing any meditations at all. You wouldn't want that. :]What I'd suggest is to yoga and whichever other meditations, for an amount of time that you know you will be able to do it the following day as well. If you always have free time, then you can do it many times, but if you sometimes don't have as much free time, then always do it less, so that you won't drop your bioelectricity so suddenly.

I started doing the yogic exercises. It's my first time doing them. It says to do them for a repetition of five. Do i do them once a day or multiple times a day. Also can I go on to do the other exercises after that like the breath of fire and stuff? How long do I keep working on this for?
Thank you
