A small meditation a little wisdom

I was watching a video about masculinity and it was said that masculinity is all about grounding , expressing purpose and being free. I applied this to my lower chakras. Root-grounding Sacral-free Sp- taking action with a definite purpose Then I applied that to their counterparts accounting to PLACEMENT in the soul. Crown-Being grounded to the universe 6th/being mentally free Throat- communicating with purpose and truth Then I applied all 3 to my heart. With that and affirmations according to the chakra (Throat-I am communicating with purpose and truth for example) Meditate on your soul being a masculine light While working with the lowers and feminine for the uppers and either white-gold green or pink with the heart this should transform you whether you are trying to achieve masculine transformation feminine or a combination. I felt AMAZING after this ! Hope this makes it through so someone else can try this mediation .
