A question regarding your practices

No one said you can't try it if you feel like it.

Just because something isn't posted on JOS doesn't mean its taboo or anything. We are all free to experiment and seek knowledge on our own. Just make sure to perform any study that you do through Satanic perspective, so as to not make the mistake of following any detrimental enemy practices and/or dogmas.

Damn bro, if you meditated consistently you could be extremely advanced by now. Maybe you are anyway?

Anyway, never heard of that guy but I got a hunch his rune sucks like most custom made ones (unless they are associated with a god's power).

Personally I stay away from runes and mantras, and instead breath energy. It's less effective sure, but it's more than enough with other strategies included like the use of thoughtforms. Ive created two pyramids that absorb energy from the sun and earth's core manually when needed, I also had astral cords attached to my spine at one point for drawing in energy from specific sources as well. You could program the aura to absorb positive energy from sources as well. I only use sigils to program my subconscious, and to imprint spell affirmations into the subconscious, which results in the subconscious preforming the spell without my direct attention.
