Hello friend,

Of course you can use the energy for any matter ( the specific color to be honest is always better so you have to master the colors first) , but don't expect miracles in order to change drastically your body you must have a very strong aura and of course the powerful runes that are in ToZ site can help you BUT first of all empower your aura and chakras and have in mind that nothing in Zevism is impossible. (If you really want to try from now , even though in my opinion i would say it is too soon if you are a new member in Zevism as i guess, you can start a program of a number of breaths you choose when you have some experience with colors for 40 or 80 days).
