It seems your confused. There is no "God" conscious. All levels of individual conscious are of there own nature. The conscious is another aspect of the soul, other aspects include: Physical self, subtle energy(chakra), Auric form, Ether form(Astral body, but it actually transcends just the astral and has several levels of "body",) The light body, and the consciousness.
Now all this crap referring to all is one, or atonement( at-one-ment.) Is actually a xian method of confusing the masses to loose their souls to the enemy, willingly getting people to give up their life energy.
Now like most information concerning xianity is has been stolen, corrupted, and defiled. What true "atonement" or all is one is referring to is the connection between your own levels of self. Basically meaning this:
The physical self, or your body is just an extension of your life energy. The light body is also an extension of your life energy. They are one in the same, from the same source which is your individual life energy: Meaning YOU are at one with YOU.
There is absolutely NO "God" conscious that is a part of everything, that is absurd. This seems very hindu, the concept of brahmin existing within all humans. Just look at what the hundu religion has done to India, practically enslaved everyone. There are 300,000 people in India know as "untouchable" because they don't exist within any given caste and therefore are less then bugs in their society. Hinduism effectively enslaves all hindu people in the caste, keeping the brahmin clans at top (who were orignally invaders who brought the religion to the region to begin with) while forming other branches, including one to fight wars for the brahmin or priest class and others to basically serve them. ANYWAY.
Here is a basic explanation of how the levels of self connect. Please note that some of this information was gained by me through meditation on the separate aspects of my soul, but also through study from exterior sources. At the "source", you have your life energy, your life force. This is the light body. The light body has no limits of form, it is pure energy.
From the light body you have conscious. Now for the time being forget perceptions of consciousness like, the ego or id. I'm not speaking about how your brain perceives consciousness, I'm talking about the meta-physical concept of conscious and not neurology. For the time being think of consciousness as the ability to conceive thought, not the actual act of thinking.
"Below" (because it is "closer" the physical) that is the Ether form. This is basically the consciousness being aware of it's own existence and therefore giving form to itself. The astral body is an aspect of the ether form, there are several other levels but they are all interrelated to one another so I'm going to list them as the same thing. Sometimes the ether form will take shape like the physical, this is probably because you are more aware of your physical self rather than the higher levels of soul. In all honesty, It's probably to complex for me to explain fully with just the understanding I have gained through meditation and study. So if someone reading this has a better explanation go ahead and post it.
Okay so here is the more simplistic aspects of the soul that everyone is probably more aware of.
The auric form, Basically a connecting point for the higher tiers of the soul and the lower forms. The aura is very much like the ether forms. Though it takes form around the physical, this is because it is directly related to the chakra (8th). The aura basically allows your consciousness and life force to enter into your chakra or subtle self. The aura is fully programmable. It relates directly to your conscious through the ether form and directly from the chakra, which connects to your physical, including physical thought.
"Below" That is the chakra, or subtle body. Physically you have seven levels of subtle energy, above the physical levels you have five more levels. Humans are incomplete in terms of spirituality so we only have the 12 levels total.

I've heard from some people who I have spoke to that the 12th level of chakra is a state of death, personally I've never meditated on my 12th energy, So i'm unsure of how valid that statement is.
In my personal experience my 8th was silver and 9th was gold, the diagram says the opposite. I'm not sure if it differs from individuals or what exactly.
Besides the initial points of energy known as chakra, you have several other hubs(centers) for energy:
Hips
Shoulders - three extensions known as the wings (six in total, both shoulders)
temples
hands
feet

Don't think of the physical as a facade for the spiritual. The physical is a true existence and thinking of it as anything other than a reality will only make you mentally sick. It's a good thing to progress spiritually but also know that the spiritual and physical are not all that separated. Stay in touch with your physical nature as well. It's important when progressing spiritually not to loose sight of reality, always think of how the spiritual relates to the physical and become aware of all aspects of existence.
