You gave me a link a while ago regarding 'Kundalini Yoga' (which might I add was fantastic).

Now I need a recommendation for 'Tai Chi'.

I have bought some dvd's but like most, I do not know if it is a rip off of any ancient moves and the true way to do tai chi.

I am about to focus intensely on my physical side and continue on my spiritual journey, I need to be training in methods in its pure form, not something corrupted by the jewish filth.

The tai chi dvds I have say this,
