A question about the soul.

Let's say you were born a mix child... unfortunately, due to the RETARDATION of your mother and father's bad choices. Fortunately for me though, I am more white than I am Native American. I believe I am 27% Native, and the rest white. Now, my question is, is there anyway you can change this through biokenesis? And make yourself 100% white, instead of Native? And if so, can this also change on a soul level as well? Or am I stuck being a mixed child, for eternity? Since you know, I don't have the freedom of choice to just dissipate my soul, for good. Is this possible?
