when empowering your chakras with the combination of runes and the rosary, would you focus on one chakra for 40 days? or could you go 40 days alternating between all 7 chakras to keep them balanced?

It is not wise to focus entirely on one chakra and only one chakra. It's like if you just got out of a wheelchair and had to learn how to walk again.

You don't just focus on one leg, you focus on both. In the case of chakra, you focus on all.
