A New War?

I've read that the ToZ aims to to dismantle the influence of ZOG without the use of physical violence/war... So, what will become of the tophats? Will they really go down without a fight? Or will they simply tighten their grip through technocratic means? Will they be "destroyed" or just sent back to their planet? If so, couldn't they still return, stronger? And I assumed they'd try and trick the world into another world war as they did with America and France prior, although, I doubt many people would willingly sign up to fight today.
