It is not complete and will probably be updated later.  I suppose someone else can make an upload including more files.  This also includes other books that are rare and hard to find including "Yezidism - Its Background Observances and Textual Tradition" with legitamite Qwals (Yezidi Prayers).  These Qwals are hard to find pretty much anywhere from my experience.
