A final political view about society

Greetings, I'd like to understand If I understood well the point of a fair state. Our nation is our race , and no race mixing should be' allowed. About that , if I understand temple of zeus and figure of the past 's point, and ancient pagans point, full citizenship should be' given only to people with full purity of blood. What about the rest of the people? Which rights can be' given to them? No right to vote? No right to be' part of political Life? What about instruction at school? They should only work to help the highest pure ranks? Would there be' ways to improve from a lower class? Thanks
