A chat about opening the soul and the rituals. 88!

Hello everybody. I don't post or make any answers really often here, but I usually read my digests of the group.

I would like to share with you: I am at least opening my soul. I did the third eye exercices for the second time, two days are remaining.

I am interested on reading your own experiences in this first step. Everybody seems to be talking about politics or external things, but not so much about what matters, the spiritual empowering.

Also, got some questions. I read that they are recommending to do rituals. I am interested in them. a) what are they for? b) do you practice them regullary? b)what do you feel when doing it?

The truth is, 'till now, I haven't got any serious "sobrenatural" experience or something. I wish that, with the soul opening, they start soon.

I just started doing the opening of the soul...second day...I've had a blinding headache all day and yesterday too...I found some headache relief meditation online...neways....weird stuff has happened on the first day...a transformer blew up near my job...we could hear voices...bubbles came out of the water dispenser and it was empty...a truck opened up in the parking area when I was leaving

On the second day not so many weird occurrences...I'm not sure how long I'm suppose to do each exercise before starting the next one? Do I continue doing the first one after I've open my third eye...so lost

Is so weird. Everybody seems to have felt the headache but I didn't. I'm repeating. I'm in day 2, haven't done it yet.

Well, 'bout your question: I guess it's only one day. And you have to expect for the signs to continue opening the left chakras.
