Since going to university I've stopped practicing my meditations and I've not really had the interest to start back up again. It has been a few months now and I'm feeling a bit apathetic. And it's not helping that I'm having some problems with a couple of people at my martial arts club.
Need some help, hoping you guys can give me some advice and motivation as I really need it.
