I started a ritual but was confused if I took 30-35 hours my spell will be destroyed is that correct?

Try to do it every day. If you miss a day, do it again when you can and just continue. You will be fine. This is not about exactly 24 hours, and you can do it at different times during the day. Just try to do it at least once some time on each day.

Calculate the days not in 24h format, but through a chronos program or similar.

Let's say the next day starts not at 00:00 but at about 7-8 am, so maybe you didn't miss a day.
