I’m mere days into my knowledge of Satan and all the empowering things to come, and wanted to know during the Commitment To Satan ritual in regards to the candles, is it required to use black, red and blue, or just select one of the colors to preference?
"1 or more black, blue, or red candles (as many as you like – candle color is not an absolute necessity)"

The fact that it says "or" means that you can choose one of these alternatives.
The fact that it says "as many as you like" means that you can put more than one, perhaps even among these different colors if this is to your liking.
The fact that it says: "candle color is not an absolute necessity" means that even if you can't find a candle of that color, it is not a necessary part of the ritual, and in that case, it is okay to use another color.
