I spend almost all my free time on my career, but less qualified and less hardworking employees get promoted.

I have long outgrown my professional competencies and in 2026 I will be engaged in more responsible work.

I talked to my supervisor about my promotion a few months ago, and they told me that they would give me a raise if a competitor from another department did not transfer to my department (for a promotion).

Can I use a binding spell with the Isa rune to bind my competitor and have him refuse to transfer to my department?

Today I received information that the head of his department does not want to give this employee to my department for promotion.

What runes can I use in relation to this supervisor so that he sticks his horns in (this supervisor is very stubborn) and does not give his employee to my department?

What affirmations and rituals can I use to get the desired promotion and further growth on the career ladder, as well as successfully overcome any obstacles in my career that stand in my way?

For a promotion (which deals with recognition/reward), I'd use the Runes Fehu and Sowilo, although a few others could be used.

For example:

Fehu x 40
Sowilo x 40

These Runic energies now create, manifest, and attract increasing success, recognition, and promotional reward in my employment with ____, this occurs in totally beneficial ways for me, permanently.

You can use white gold during the vibration and affirmation phase, surrounding yourself and imagining that you are promoted and very happy and appreciated by your work for it, too. It is important to feel the goal completed.

Although I have never bound someone (never needed to), theoretically, yes, Isa can make things stand still. If you don't want to put that much energy into the bindings (I would not), wait until this competitor is sleeping (guess), and whisper to him that he is not going to transfer anyone, etc.

Best of Luck!
