After periods of time without masturbating(usually after 4 days) there appears to be some kind of pressure in the sacral chakra, the longer the period of time, the more intense the pressure(for the lack of a better word) is.
Is this normal?
Is there a blockage in the sacral chakra? Should I work more on it or do a deep cleaning for it?
