About 6 years ago I was diagnosed by a doctor via blood test to have genital herpes, which currently has no known cure. Since then, I take an anti-viral medication daily. As long as I don't skip this, I almost never get any outbreaks 99% of the time. If I do accidentally skip a day or 2, I usually get an outbreak which can last up to a week to fully dissipate.
I worry about this hindering my ability to find a mate and have children. I am a male, and I know if I somehow passed the virus to a female partner, the baby would consequently be at risk of also contracting the virus during childbirth. Though the virus can be managed relatively well via medication, this reality is tough, as it feels like I am asking a lot of a partner for them to be okay with this risk, however small it may be.
Having children is a longstanding goal of mine, so it hurts to feel so hindered by this... I was also circumcised at birth, so this feels like 2 major asks I need a partner to be okay with.
Spiritually, I haven't performed any rituals up to this point in regards to the virus. Perhaps a Mars square could be used to make the virus more dormant, or to attract a mate who would be okay with the risk so long as I manage it? In either case, would a spiritual or material Mars square be ideal? Or another spiritual and/or material remedy altogether?
