Until what age can you consider yourself young and the body goes on development and after what age all processes will go down?

If I am 29, how many more years will I be able to be full of energy and be able to spend time with girls, etc.?

It's hard to tell exactly how long, but it varies on factors like your health, habits, exercise, stress levels, etc.... but average life is about 80 years or so in a modern country with modern medical treatments. With good spiritual and physical habits I'm sure you can make it longer though.
