Someone of opposite gender did something bad to me, i have decided making that person obsess with me as a punishment, i dont want to harm that person, so i wont use thur or hagl, i want that person to obsess over me, which runes will work best? With affirmation, "X is now completely and totally obsessed with me in a positive and happy way for me."

That's not recommended and can have very bad consequences for you. Most people's lives have been ruined by a person who was obsessed with them. Obsessed people can cause great harm to the person they're obsessed with if he/she doesn't return their advances Plus, why do you want to be viewed in a sexual way by someone whom you hate? That's very bizarre.

If you don't want to harm them, just do a binding ritual to prevent them from harming you. That's probably the best thing to do.
