I'm doing a Venus square for my skin to get rid of wrinkles and pimples but it seems like more are appearing. I'm taking really good care of my skin, it's actually better than before but these two problems I'm trying to get rid of seem to be intensifying

You have to complete the square. Rebound is compleatly normal and the working needs to be complete, especially the squares.

Try to look for physical ways to heal this too, look for TCM.
