Most others here told you the reason why this happens, I don't think there is anything to add to that, they are absolutely correct, so in my message I'll try to provide you with a solution - one of the ways you can go about it.

Start watching porn less and less, but gradually. From 3 times a day now to 2, then eventually 1 and 0. Take it by week. Let's say, the first 2 weeks go from 3 times a day to 2 times a day, the next 2 weeks from 2 times to once a day and so on until you get to no porn. The 2 weeks window is what I suggested but you can choose this. Also make sure that when you watch it, there are fewer and fewer videos of black men.

It would also help a lot that every week you replace the porn you don't watch with activities and hobbies you absolutely love and enjoy doing.

That could be painting or writing stories or whatever you want, even meditating. So by the time you get rid of porn in your life completely, you have already made a lot of progress in a field you love.

While you do all of this, you can work on your second Chakra in order to heal it, or do a Mars Square, and get rid of negative subconscious programming by going in a trance and solving the problem from the root.

I've had similar problems with porn before when I was still a Christian getting on my knees to ask for forgiveness non-stop. I watched different porn (including lots of interracial) and that really screwed my mind and killed any sense of self-control.

What helped me eventually stop watching it is sheer willpower and different beneficial activities (writing, translating and reading for me) that kept my mind busy and locked in on something that helps a person grow. It has been several months since I last watched pornography, and now I do not feel the inclination or the lack of willpower that would make me do the same thing again. I love how it happened after I abandoned Christianity as well.

It is probably the biggest brain rot and pollution in the modern-day world and many people have problems with it, so do not be overly harsh with yourself.
