is culture a choice, many people on this website keep suggesting that culture is hardcoded like Race or Sexuality is yet anything can be cultural for any reason and someone could develop new habits or eat foods from other cultures etc. clothing is a part of culture and i rarely if ever see anyone care or dress in any traditional clothings which of course change over time.

i kinda wanna make my own culture

Yes, culture is mainly a choice. However, certain cultural behaviours are due to collective behavioural racial karma, which developed over thousands of years and got into the genetics of these races. However, individuals of all races can choose what kind of culture they wish to associate with.

However, adopting a foreign culture you never had any relation to is likely a symptom of you not liking the culture you were born in, perhaps a sign of self-hatred. You also will never really connect with it on a deeper level than those who are genetically tied to the culture will.

Adopting certain philosophies and mannerisms of other cultures into your life is fine however to improve it.

We have rituals from cultures all over the world. The Grand Ritual of Zeus is a great example of that, adopting several Divine names of our God from numerous cultures. We also use European Runes with Sumerian origins as well as Sanskrit.

The Pagan Gentile cultures have their differences, but we are all ultimately related and connected as children of Zeus. True diversity is maintaining these cultures and appreciating them.

Where does it suggest that? You can have an unique stile and such, you are still being effected by a regional culture whatsoever. Like people in England and America doesn't always take of their shoes in the house but this is considered disgusting in Europe.
You likely have an accent or speak a dialect of a language or use words that are only common in your state / city / family, or something. We have a saying here "As many houses, that many customs"

Culture doesn't mean that everyone should wear the same exact dress and eat the same foods and everything, but there is usually a typical dress for each nation that their ancestors wore because they were just popular and that's how the local dressmakers made them, but still with variations and so on. And it is more like a formal dress like suits today.
It's like asking why there is military uniform or something. I would be happy to wear ToZ dress in a better world also.

Regardless you can dress however you want.

Culture isn’t a single choice, but a result of many choices over time. It’s created by shared ancestry, values, beliefs, behaviors, history, language, and environment, from which it is shaped by both conscious and unconscious decisions and traditions across generations.

"In human society, race holds significance as it represents the accumulation of genetic traits expressed across a species. When individuals come together, sharing a common ancestry, values, and goals, they naturally form a culture. Culture is indirectly connected to race and encompasses the entirety of an individual’s genetic heritage."
