Unfortunately, Saturn is at 15 degrees, but I have Jupiter in 7th conjunct 8th cusp at 1 degrees - however they are both retrograde and at the head of a bucket chart... how will that change the interpretation?

Bucket configuration is best thing for astrologer to ask you whether you are interested in the power / political sphere, especially if Saturn / Jupiter are rulers of some career-related houses. There are different types of buckets the more stellium-like bottom is the more hard and energy-shooting into the apex they can be, for better or for worse. Most powerful buckets are those accompanied with Yods or other Yod-shaped sharp configuration such as Thor's Hammer with its apex on the bucket apex. Traditional mild bucket should not be that deadly but it is enough to firmly guide you into the spheres of the apex planet(s). Energy is directed there so it means that the amount of already demanding energies of 15 degree Taurus Saturn is amplified and enlarged in the size according to the intensity of the bucket. In other words, all bucket bottom is "sending" its energies into the apex the more intensive the more bottom is closer in aspect with apex to opposition. Apex being in the Western hemisphere shows you will more likely wish to influence the society and the environment. So yes, you definitely should use this chance to direct this enormous energy for the goals of the Gods.

People asked of Uranus on SN in Ask-Satan. I forgot to tell them among all else that I saw it in the charts of varies geniuses, yet their chart showed something else and worse according their words as far as I understood.

I put it here only as an example of a normally fate-genial planet and how it might be used to the worse.

So you are going to hear of course "fated power figure" etc. In accordance to other houses - whether these are prominent higher 10-11th houses or 2th one or something else, and in regards to this more information in which exactly sphere you are going to regain this fated power (minister of which sphere etc). BUT as we know SN might just show the influence of the planetary body or stellium, but not its octave.

In the other words, whether from the very beginning it is going to be your own fated power or fated power that is acting upon you, SN alone can't say. I say from the very beginning but not in the ending because we Zevists are fixing and straightening the power of our planets giving them the socially rightful and useful riverbeds - this is our life goals. I.e. with some shitty stellium in 8h, instead of being useless victims of rapes, for example, we prefer to follow the example of Galileo, study and transform the fates of the world, or the example of Nadia Komanechi that of transforming oneself. Is 4th house give strong spiritual ability, or just weak? What if spiritual planets are involved and retrograde? Why do you say 4th is a spiritual house, is it because it is related to emotions/psyche?

I understand "family we are born in" in broader sense and I consider 4th house to be a house of Ancestry, Culture, Tradition, Race, genetics, our Ancestors, including Gods themselves and how we are connected to them through our bloodlines and everything that comes of our great past and of the whole past of the Universe. For me it is a house of the Past in all senses and I seek to find there its bottomless mysteries. And that of the Mother Earth and of what is beneath the Earth, such things as Hollow Earth (cave cities etc.).

Past is a probability to us as we usually do not remember that one of our own soul as we do not know the future, when we spiritually advance we start knowing both. Thus this is a house of mystery, we only see what luggage we are here with but we do not fully remember the whole history of this luggage. 8 is a house of death and we do not know what is after death, a house of magic and we do not know how magic works, and a house of those in power and we fear of power because we can't predict it or what it will do to us. Thus 4, 8 and 12 are houses of the unknown to some extent.

They are designed to be sublimated and mastered not without the means of spirituality and spirituality is known to greatly help with their use and sublimation.
