No one can force you to have sex or make you feel that you were wrong not to have sex or explain to you that it would be better if you did. It's up to you to decide what you want as long as you don't harm other people's sexual freedom.

However, no one forces anyone to conform to anything, to follow the Virtues, to live in harmony with the Dharma, to be an active Zevism, etc. We can define these as duties to ourselves, in which case it emphasizes Awareness and Devotion in us. But we should not force people to change their minds if they are Christians or have taken Celibacy. It is their choice that will lead them to the expected consequences.
Even here no one is holding anyone back. A person can leave Zevism and the Clergy will not stop them. GD may try to influence the person, but if the person has made a firm decision and he is stubborn in his stupidity, he will not be pushed back.

He will receive Blessings and be guided by the Gods if he reaches for Knowledge and Truth. A person who chooses to degenerate will degenerate if he is persistent in his choice. It's not just asexuality that causes problems for the snake, it indicates that there are problems with the snake. Not wanting sex means you have problems with the snake.
