I poop a very lot but no matter how well I poop ,I still don't feel I have not pooped enough and I always feel my bowels are still not empty no matter how much I poop and also during winter time ,I suffer from extreme constipation.What is the spiritual reason for this ??how do I spiritually cure it ?

You must go to the doctor first for these purely physical problems. Only then try spiritual methods to benefit yourself. Such problems are extremely material. Go to a doctor and then inform us about your problem.

It is difficult or near impossible to say the root cause of the issue without a diagnosis from a medical professional. Once you have that, then it becomes easier to identify and to target the issue with energy work along with any other remedies.

Better to do whole investigation with gastroenterologist (if you have money) because this might be a bug or some disease that needs intervention ASAP such as polyp. Also I recommend TCM specialist to see whether you have any imbalance in the body.

Your problem is most likely of a medical nature, you most likely have a problem with the intestines, or with the rectum.

With this problem, you need to contact a gastroenterologist.

At a minimum, you will be scheduled for a gastroscopy.

After treatment, if medications or surgery are required in your case, then you will need to follow a diet (eat certain foods).

All people who have ever had intestinal problems or gastritis understand what I'm talking about.

I recommend that you see a doctor as soon as possible, do not delay, as the problem may be serious.
