I've been attempting to meditate and do past-life regression, but everytime I envision myself plunging further into the darkness of my mind--I get a headache. It's been like this for years, despite my trying. Any thoughts? I feel like my meditation and attempting to contact the Gods by these means doesn't really work, nor can I hear their voices.

Regression to past lives is an EXTREMELY ADVANCED Meditation with which you can suggest yourself VERY easily. Continue with your path, things come spontaneously. They did for me.
