When I read in the title that you have a tumor, I was genuinely frightened....
No, if you think you have a tumor it is not a diagnosis. It is not even a probability that you have a tumor (unless you are a registered oncologist, then yes, it can be a probability. But since you have not provided information about your profession I will assume that you are not necessarily an oncologist).

Valefor Ritual should not only be used for healing. This is a common misconception. It is also very effective as prevention if you know you might develop a disease. And go to a neurologist. It may not necessarily be a tumor, but it could also be a serious or less serious type of neurological problem. In general, ear problems per se affect the brain even though the brain is fine because the ear governs things like balance, the reception of certain sensory stimuli, etc. So go to an ear specialist as well.

I have had tinnitus for most of my life since getting a ear infection as a kid. Haven't even tried to cure it, since its easy to ignore and sometimes I use it to help focus by listening to it. If you think you have a tumor get checked out. If everything is normal your just having memory problems. Vitamin C (at least 2g time delayed, spaced out) and omega 3's (I use hemp oil and its cheap) will do wonders, eat a lot of eggs. Its also good for cardiovascular system. Breathing exercises for increasing oxygen flow to brain plus physical exercise. There are other supplements for brain health if you have more money. The biggest variable in memory and concentration is stimulating your brain. Use it or lose it. First check if its a serious physical problem, then check nutrition and exercise, then do mental exercises. There are apps for brain health and techniques for memory, speed reading, mental math, creative problem solving etc. Its easy to get into a slump and deteriorate from inactivity.

From a TCM perspective, look into the kidney system here, which manifests in symptoms of the ears, and through which the created essence of the kidneys helps sustain the brain. Try the Kidney 3 acupoint, read about kidney deficiency symptoms and solutions, and/or book an appointment with a TCM doctor. Whether you have a tumor or not, we cannot say, but there can be alternative explanations outside the worst one.

Also, focus more on yoga for health problems, rather than void meditation.
