If they're seperated by one being a longer mantra, and one a shortened mantra, will I be able to do two squares simultaneously?

Also, can I use a material sun square to improve my body, because I want to improve my sleep quality specifically and require less hours, and I want to use the other one (spiritual) to boost my self-confidence/expression.

I forgot to mention that when dealing with better sleep quality, using the Moon is a better option as it rules over sleep cycles. The Sun mainly deals with vitality, although both the Sun and Moon deal with circadian rhythms. It is a good thing to help calm and ease your mind before entering sleep. A calm and peaceful mind will lead to better sleep quality altogether.

You can only do one of each square at a time. It doesn't matter if you use the standard mantra for one and the shortened mantra for the other, both mantras generate the same kind of energy, so they would interfere and break the square.

You can do both a material and spiritual version of the same square at the same time. So material and spiritual Venus at the same time is fine. Just be careful with your nama and svaha.

Doing two of the exact same kind of square such as two material Venus or two spiritual Venus won't work. You will overdo the number of mantras for the day ruining the complex formula of the squares.

Doing workings such as a material Venus and material Sun at the same time is completely fine as well.

Performing one material and one spiritual square simultaneously is fine, provided they are spaced out with a few hours with precise affirmations. I have done this, and it was successful.

However, performing two material squares simultaneously, or two spiritual squares simultaneously - one with a longer mantra and the other with a shorter version - causes an energetic clash, as it invokes the same energies redundantly. This is just my perspective though. I haven't personally tried it, so I can't say with a 100% absolute certainty. It might work if one is extremely precise with the affirmations and the required repetitions for both vibrations and affirmations. Again, I can't be entirely sure as I haven't tried it.

If you do the required 4 repetitions (Square A), but then quickly follow with 18 repetitions (Square B) within a few minutes, then the second concentration (Square B) can interfere and disrupt the first concentration (Square A). This happens because the energy from the first session (Square A) hasn't had time to settle or "mature" yet, which may cause both Square A and B to lose its effectiveness and cancel each other out, ultimately leading to failure.

I was thinking that too, but once the affirmation is completed and I've waited a few minutes for it to stabilise, I assumed the energy would just "do its thing" since it's been "programmed" with a set of instructions (affirmation) and should now work independent of me, on my soul. I've "hit send and it let it go".

I didn't think it would put a halt to my previous working, just because I started a new one? Because I've always been short on time I usually just do multiple workings within a 90min period at the end of the day, one after the other... but I assumed they were all operating independent of each other, working on different aspects/portions of my soul.

I can see it weakening the squares, but would it outright cancel it out?

Yes, I believe they could. And yes, I space them out as well.

You might consider doing one session in the morning and another one in the evening - that’s what I typically do anyways. Other times, I space them an hour or more apart. For instance, I might do one around 8 PM and the next at 10 PM. On other days, it might be 6 AM and 11 PM, it all depends on when I have the time.

If you're forced to a limited/short window, as you mentioned, I recommend doing something quick in between to at least signal to your mind that the previous task is complete. This could be eating, drinking, jumping, or engaging in any brief activity that shifts your focus away from the energetic work that you just did.
